Who We Are
Harrizona Dream LLC is a TikTok Shop creator agency, registered in Arizona. In this agreement “we” and “us” mean Harrizona Dream LLC, and “you” means you, the creator applying.
It Is Free, And It Stays Free
We charge you no agency fee and we take no cut of your commission. Zero, now and for as long as you are with us.
TikTok pays your affiliate commission to you. We do not sit between you and it. You never owe us anything under this agreement.
What We Do
We link your creator account to our agency inside TikTok Shop, and we work with you on your affiliate performance: product and campaign guidance, and the collaborations we are able to open.
Agency access is not Harrizona Drive membership. It does not include the app, the courses or the community, which are a separate paid product.
What We Do Not Promise
We guarantee nothing. No sales, no earnings, no free samples, no brand deals, no follower or view growth, no account standing, and no result of any kind.
Samples come from sellers, through TikTok, and the seller decides. Being in the agency does not entitle you to any product at any time.
Nothing any of us says, writes or posts anywhere is a promise or a projection of what you will earn.
Your Account Is Yours
You are an independent creator. You are not our employee, partner or agent, and neither of us can bind the other.
You are responsible for your content, the claims you make about any product, your paid and affiliate disclosures, everything that happens on your account, your taxes, and following TikTok's rules and the law that applies to you. We do not control, approve or direct what you post.
TikTok Is In Charge Of TikTok
TikTok sets its own policies, makes its own enforcement decisions, and runs its own platform.
If TikTok restricts or removes an account, withholds, reverses or claws back a commission, changes its rules or rates, goes down, or stops agency linking altogether, that is TikTok's decision. We are not responsible for it and it is not a breach of this agreement by us.
Either Of Us Can End It
You can leave at any time through TikTok's unlinking process. You do not need our permission and you do not need a reason.
TikTok currently applies a seven day unlinking period. That is TikTok's procedure and TikTok can change it.
We may remove or unlink any creator at any time, for any reason permitted by law. We are not obliged to continue the agency relationship, and we will tell you at the address on your application.
Your Content Stays Yours
Your content belongs to you. Harrizona Dream LLC does not acquire ownership of, license, repost, distribute, sell, or use your content under this agreement. You retain full ownership and control of everything you create.
Liability
We give agency support. We do not take on responsibility for independent creators or for what TikTok decides.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harrizona Dream LLC assumes no liability for your account, your content, your statements, your conduct, your sales, your commissions, your earnings, your samples, TikTok's enforcement decisions, changes to the platform, anything a third party does, or any outcome of taking part in the agency.
That covers indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive damages, and lost profits, lost commission, lost sales and lost opportunity, as well as direct loss.
Some things cannot be disclaimed by anybody, whatever an agreement says: fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and rights you have under law that cannot be waived. We are not pretending otherwise. If part of this section is unenforceable where you are, the rest of it still stands.
Arizona
Arizona law governs this agreement. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and we both agree to that. Small claims court is still available for a claim that qualifies for it.
How This Becomes An Agreement
You tick the box and submit the form. That is your offer and your electronic signature, and it counts the same as a signature on paper.
It is not a deal yet. It becomes effective when Harrizona Dream LLC approves your application, and the date of that approval is the effective date. If we decline, there is no agreement.
What We Keep
We keep your application and your answers, this agreement exactly as it was shown to you with its version number, the statement you ticked, the date and time you submitted it, the IP address and browser information the submission came from, and our decision with its date.
That is a business record. We keep it whether we approve or decline, and deleting a Harrizona Drive account does not delete it. The IP address and browser information are kept to evidence who agreed and when, and for nothing else.
Everything else we hold about you is covered by our Privacy Policy and kept the way it says. We will delete what we are able to delete, and we will tell you where a record has to stay for an operational, security or legal reason rather than quietly keeping it.

If We Change These Terms
We publish a new version with its own number and date. The version you agreed to is the one that applies to you, and it does not change underneath you. If we need you on new terms, we ask.
By checking the box and submitting this application, you electronically sign this agreement. It becomes effective only if Harrizona Dream LLC approves your application.
